Jesus reminds us in His parable of the persistent widow (Luke 18:1–8) that we should “always pray and not lose heart.” Throughout Scripture, we see this same call to stay connected to God through prayer - at all times and in every circumstance. We’re invited to “pray in the Spirit on all occasions” (Eph. 6:18), to “be constant in prayer” (Rom. 12:12), and to bring our worries to Him with thanksgiving (Phil. 4:6). Prayer isn’t just a ritual - it’s a relationship. It’s how we seek the Lord’s strength and presence every day (1 Chron. 16:11), remaining steadfast and thankful as we draw near to Him (Col. 4:2).
