OUR STORY
Birthed in 2024, Grace Harbor Church exists to meet the overwhelming spiritual needs of a community needing to know and experience the grace of God in Jesus. Grace Harbor exists to be fully itself - authentic, welcoming, and grounded in grace and real change.
Grace Harbor strives to bring hope, healing, and belonging to everyone. We believe God’s love can reorder the human heart to the story we all long for: one of acceptance, love, peace, harmony, unity, and beauty.
Life is messy. Hearts break, relationships falter, and the world around us often disappoints or wounds us. Yet in the midst of doubt, hurt, betrayal, suffering, and injustice, the gospel of Jesus is a safe harbor - a place where you are welcomed just as you are, and reminded of God’s perfect, unconditional love.
We exist to live and share that message. Grace Harbor is a community where the broken, the bruised, the thriving, the searching, the faithful, and the unsure all have a place. Here, transformation begins - not just in church, but throughout our entire community.
We’re not about judgment or perfection. We’re about hope. We’re about belonging. We’re about the life-changing love of Jesus reaching everyone, everywhere.

Our mission is simple: see lives transformed, relationships restored, and community strengthened. We want the Kennebunks to reflect a culture of acceptance, love, and unity - a glimpse of the hope God offers.

OUR VALUES
Authenticity. God is light. And he welcomes us to step into the light of real, transparent life. As we are.
Love. Jesus summed it up best: love God and love people.
Grace. God accepts the unacceptable. We want to mirror God in a culture of grace.
Patience. God is not in a rush with us. We don’t rush to conclusions.
Humility. It’s not about us. It’s a joy to go low. The recognition belongs to God.
Simplicity. We don’t want to overcomplicate this. Worship. Relationships. Love. Less is more.
THE DISTINCTIVES
Church is more than 4 walls. It’s a community. We believe church is people coming together, being shaped and encouraged by God’s love, and learning to live it out in everyday life. It’s not an event to attend, but a family to belong to.
Relationships. Real growth doesn’t happen in isolation - it happens through connection. We believe discipleship isn’t just about knowing more about Jesus, but becoming more like Him through genuine relationships that shape and encourage us. Relationships are the heart of everything.
Forgiveness. Forgiveness is not an option. God forgives. It’s a done deal in Jesus, no matter how much we mess up. We are to embrace the hard but necessary work of forgiveness - always remembering the grounds of our forgiveness.
Less is more. In a culture of hurry and anxiety, Grace Harbor is a space for rest, creativity, and renewal. We believe more happens with less - when we slow down, breathe, and make room for what truly matters.
